Welcome

I first purchased a camera when I was a freshman in high school. It was a $400 Lumix G7. I did not begin using it until my sophomore year, where I began shooting JV Football for my now alma mater, Tappan Zee. Lacrosse season came around, and that's when I began shooting for Tappan Zee Lacrosse. I started the page @ciavisuals, and I never looked back. After Tappan Zee's season ended, I continued to shoot my area's top teams. These teams included Mamaroneck, Rye, Yorktown, and John Jay. When I covered these games, my page really started to blow up. I realized I had turned a hobby and a passion into something that I could potentially make a living out of. I picked up a few filming jobs with a travel lacrosse team that summer, and decided I wanted to make this a real job for myself. The 2020 lacrosse season came, and I began shooting NCAA lacrosse in the beginning months. Unfortunately, when COVID kicked in, the season was cut short and I had to stop working, like a lot of people in the world. In the summer of 2020, I started to pick up more gigs for travel teams and lacrosse events. In the fall of 2020, I was finally considering myself a freelancer. I began working for SLAM Magazine around this time. The spring of 2021 arrived, and I was ready to shoot lacrosse 7 days a week. I was constantly working for Lax.Com, covering the entire east coast. Long Island, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, you name it. At this point, my brand had grown tremendously and I was working in all different areas.
